Immediate implant placement and provisional crowns in the esthetic zone have demonstrated success rates comparable to delayed protocols. They preclude the need for removable appliances, are much better tolerated by patients, provide tissue maturation to ideal sulcular form during integration and serve as a template for the definitive restoration.
During this CE webinar, the student will learn: • a simple chairside technique that does not require surgical indexing • the use of two composite resin materials with provisional implant components to quickly create an optimally contoured and durable interim restoration
